What you’ll do

  • Squad members undergo an intensive training curriculum led by experienced UCC squad members and alumni. Through hands-on workshops, you’ll master case structuring, problem-solving, and presentation skills—preparing you to compete at the highest level.

  • As a squad member, you’ll gain access to premium casing resources, structured templates, and insider strategies to sharpen your skills.   • We welcome students from all disciplines—whether you're in business, engineering, science, or the arts. If you have a passion for problem-solving, teamwork, and competing on a global stage, we encourage you to apply!

  • The selection process consists of multiple stages designed to assess your problem-solving skills, teamwork, and commitment to the UCC community:

    1. Written Application – Submit an application outlining your motivations and experience.

    2. Behavioural Interview – Discuss your reasons for joining UCC and how you plan to contribute. The interview panel includes experienced case program members and executive committee representatives.

    3. Case Crack – You’ll have 3 hours to analyse an unseen business problem and create a pitch deck, simulating the pressure of an international case competition.

    4. Case Presentation – Immediately after your prep time, you’ll present your solution to a new panel of judges in a 5-minute pitch followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.

  • No, prior case competition experience is not required! We welcome students from all backgrounds, and our training program will equip you with the skills needed to compete at an international level. All you need is a strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and take on new challenges!
